My name is Josi Mannella.

I am a PACFA and ACA registered counsellor. I am passionate about enabling people to live fulfilling lives by providing them with sessions tailored for them. My client-centred approach helps empower you to improve and strengthen life skills like coping mechanisms and self-reflection. I am trained in integrative therapy which consists of cognitive behaviour therapy, trauma informed counselling, solution-focused counselling, positive psychology techniques, grief and loss counselling among other therapies and techniques.

I have completed both a Bachelor of Counselling and a Master of Counselling and I am committed in continuing to learn and develop professionally so I can provide you with the best possible therapeutic techniques. With a strong background in palliative care and geriatric counselling, I have learned the importance of helping people in a holistic approach helping them to achieve self-fulfillment on their journey through life. Finding Hope is my small private practice that is dedicated to helping people manage and heal from depression, anxiety, addiction, couples counselling and trauma.

 My desire to support and empower you to grow in your own self-discovering journey is supported by ongoing professional supervision that enhances my skills and knowledge to become a more effective and efficient counsellor for you.
